New Program Submission Instructions: 

  1. Login to your User Portal and Click "My DCTV"
  2. Click "Submit A Program"
  3. Complete the PROGRAM SUBMISSION REQUEST form. 
  4. Click "NEXT"
  5. THE MEDIA FILE UPLOAD GUIDELINES PAGE WILL POPUP.
    • NOTE: The name of your media file MUST be the same program title and eposode name as listed on the Program Submission form
    • If the file is not correctly named, your submission is NOT COMPLETE
  6. ​Drag and Drop your media file (at the bottom of the page)
  7. Click UPLOAD
    • NOTE: You'll know your file has been successfully uploaded when the word "UPLOADED" appears beside your file name.
    • Please name your file accurately, or it will not be complete, even if "Uploaded" Appears. 
  8. Click the "Are You A Robot" Captcha prompt and follow steps
  9. Click "SUBMIT" and wait for the upload
  10. Once you see the "THANK YOU" message, you're done! 
    • Again, please be sure to name your file correctly before you upload.

The DCTV capacity building grant program offers eligible nonprofits an array of benefits that build organizational communications and storytelling capability and provides an ongoing presence on cable television. We designed these grants to offer training and expert guidance to the nonprofit community, which enables you to robustly expand your impact within the DC community.

“Grant Level” is the amount of money your organization contributes to receive the grant. The grant term is initially one year and requires a very small organizational match. DCTV will provide documentation so that you can appropriately record “in-kind” services in your financial records. Grants may be extended or renewed with DCTV approval.
